Directions to Buena Vista Palace

From Orlando International Airport: From the north end of the airport, take SR-528 (Beeline Expressway toll road) heading west. Merge onto I-4 West. From I-4, take Exit #68, then turn right onto SR-535. Turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard, then right onto E. Buena Vista Drive. Hotel is on the right.

The hotel does not have a free shuttle to and from the airport, however, Mears Transportation provides shuttle service to the hotel for a charge of $19.00 per person one way or $32.00 per person round trip. The shuttles run about every 20-30 minutes. When you arrive at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area to purchase your tickets.

From Tampa: Take I-4 East to Exit #68, then turn onto SR-535 towards Lake Buena Vista. Turn left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard, then right onto E. Buena Vista Drive. Hotel is on the right.

Directions to Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

From Orlando Int'l Airport (approximately 18 miles):
Take the Beachline Expressway West (528 West) to I-4 West. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off the exit and proceed to second traffic light, turn left at light to our Lake Buena Vista FL hotel entrance.

From Tampa/St. Pete:
Take I-4 East/Daytona Beach to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn left off exit and proceed to 3rd traffic light, turn left at the light to hotel entrance.

From Daytona Beach:
Take I-4 West/Tampa to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right off exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel entrance.

From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach:
Take Florida Turnpike North to I-4 exit. Take I-4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista), turn right at exit and proceed to 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to hotel.

From Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral:
Take the Beachline Expressway ( 528West) to I-4 West/Tampa, exit at 68 (Lake Buena Vista) and turn right, proceed to the 2nd traffic light, turn left at light to the hotel entrance.

Orlando International Airport
About 20 miles from Lake Buena Vista Palace, Orlando International Airport is the most convenient airport for travel to our conference. Orlando is a destination for all the major airlines including Southwest Airlines. You can use their convenient flight planner to learn which airlines and flights are available for the days you are traveling.
